During over 25 years of practice originally based on his Osteopathic training, John Page's approach has evolved to take increasing account of the deeper causes of chronic pain, dysfunction and illness. He finds that treatment can assist people to make life changes, and this in turn often underpins resolution of health problems. Much of this evolution has resulted from John's training with The Upledger Institute. He is now a Certified Instructor and examiner for the Institute, and has trained practitioners in many countries worldwide. He owns The Centre for Natural Health in partnership with his wife Carol Houston, and is principal of The Upledger Institute UK and founder Chairman of the Cranio Sacral Society.

Fiona Gilbraith MCSP CST MCSS

As a chartered Physiotherapist and CranioSacral Therapist, Fiona Gilbraith is one of a new breed of practitioners who are applying and developing innovatory hands-on techniques that help our natural self-healing abilities. With a background in helping neurologically damaged children, Fiona's more recent post-graduate involvement with the Upledger Institute UK has revealed an inclination for working with the human energy field as well as soft and connective tissue. This allows discovery and release of deep causes of dysfunction in ways that are very well tolerated, and often positively enjoyed.
