The ultimate goal for both our clients and ourselves as therapists is complete wellness, which requires absolute clarity and transparent honesty about oneself. Pythagoras put it tellingly when he said "Man know thyself: then thou shalt know the universe and God". There is no more honest messenger, or more dedicated informant as to our true underlying ills, than our own physical bodies. Our task at The Centre For Natural Health is to help our clients listen to what their physical selves are trying to tell them about their motivations, their compulsions, their habits, and the things that repeatedly overwhelm them. Our practitioners are there to help you grow in clarity, and to stay with the inward journey of self-discovery for which your own body is the best guide. The aim is no less than to resolve the conflicts born out of conditioning and our other personal histories. To discover (as Laurence Le Shan put it), our song, our life's expression - to find the courage to own it, and eventually to sing it loud. If we can achieve this, true health at all levels is unavoidable.
